Q: Shared iCal Calendar will not Sync to iPad

My finance created a calendar which she has shared with me. I can see that both my iPhone and iPad see and have installed this shared calendar. My iphone has been receiving the events she is adding and has been alerting me when new events are created. My iPad? Not so much. Nothing is coming through. It looks like my iCloud settings are exactly the same on both devices. Both are up to date with iOS software.

Any ideas?
