mail issue
I'm clicking on the mail icon but my mail isn't opening. I'm brand new to an apple computer. What am I missing?
If you are clicking on it in the Dock, go to your main Applications folder, locate Mail and try to open it from there. If it opens and there are 2 Mail icons in the Dock, go to the old icon, control - click on it, then go Options and uncheck Keep in Dock. Then go to the new icon, use the same procedure to select Keep in Dock.
