I have an iPhone 5S Model A1530, works fine in Australia. If I get appropriate nano-SIMs will it work with T-Mobile in USA and Rogers in Canada? My concern is with supported network bands...

As long as you get your phone unlocked accordingly, your phone will work up to 4G (HSPA+)

Just to note, At&t MVNO's are pretty cheap as well- Straight Talk or GoRedPocket
T-mobile isn't great in all areas. Where are you going in the States?
