My Mac Pro turns on, but the screen is black?

My Mac's specifications is as follows:

Power Mac G5

Version = 10.5 Leopard

Processor = Dual 2 GHz PowerPC G5

Memory = 3 GB DDR SDRAM

Startup Disk = Macintosh HD

My Mac Pro does turn on, it just doesn't show up on my screen. I found this out when I pushed the eject button. What's going on?

You do not have a Mac Pro. PowerPC G5s are called PowerMac G5s, not Mac Pro.

Mac Pro requires an Intel CPU. The PowerPC/PowerMac G5s maximum operating system is 10.5.8.

If you can't get anything to appear on the screen, check the PRAM battery is not older than 4 years.

Also if it is younger, try resetting the PRAM.

If it is older check your videocard and RAM is properly seated.

What was the last thing you did to the machine, and what was the last last time you booted it successfully, and was the latter earlier than the former?
