Calender won't accept appointments

I have multiple email accounts on my phone. With my gmail account, when someone sends me an appointment, it pops up in my calender app and lets me accept, or decline right there. With my work email, I have to goto the emailed appointment, click on accept and then click on the ical link at the bottom to add a calender event. Why won't the appointments sent to my work email automatically populate in the calender app? I have checked my settings and they are the same as both my bosses, who incedently BOTH recieve my appointments in their calender app. This wouldn't be a HUGE deal other than if the appointment is changed by the appointment setter doing it the way i do it now, it doesnt actually change on the calender. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have my work email checked in the email list.

Also my work email doesnt show up on the Default Calender list....
