I paid for and downloaded four dog fights episodes and now they are NOT IN MY I TUNES! WHY? WHY? WHY? Am i getting ripped off or something i missed?

Why pay for a tv episode if it just disappears a couple hours later? bought four episodes of dog fights and now they are no where to be found in my itunes but i did NOT get my money back. plus this is not a rental it's a BUY so why do i not have my episodes? IDK maybe my windows computer in the other room jacked them. HUH? I need help if this has happen to anyone else, thanks!
