My new 5c does not appear in the devices, even after it was connected to my computer.

I've followed the directions to a T, and I still can't sync my phone & my itunes. HELP! 😢

iTunes-OTHER, Other OS, Windows 8

I ended up doing an uninstall, new download and install. Got new computer with Win8 Christmas 2012 and have had continual program problems. I HATE WIN8!

I went out of my way to get one that still had Windows 7, although I've heard that 8.1 isn't bad once you get used to it.
