When I connect to the wifi, it disconnects

When I connect to wifi, the wiifi disconnects when I open an app that needs internet. When I go to settings to turn it back on, it freezes and I have to restart my phone.

ex: I am connected to my wifi

I open Youtube and the wifi disconects immedietly
