ipod shuffle 4th gen error while installing voice over

Additional: it says error 32
iPod shuffle (4th generation late 2012), Windows 7
EDIT:
both the ipod and itunes are up-to-date
I even factory reseted the ipod, but no sucess trying to install the voice over kit 😟
