Date and time will not set????

Date and time will not set!!! Can't do anything until that happens.. Please help!!

Apple TV, iOS 6.1

It is having trouble connecting to the network. Make sure location is set correctly. DNS should be set to automatic. If on wifi try ethernet. Reboot ATV and router.
