Mac OS XMore info is needed. There are multiple Airs that match those specs. The original is not compatible.
The later ones are.
Hold down the Option key and select System Profiler from the Apple menu.
Look in the Hardware section for Model Identifier. It needs to say macbookair2,1 or later.

Mac OS XNo, there isn't, but you can run Lion on that computer.

No.
However, your Mac can be upgraded to OS X 10.7 Lion.

It it would be prudent to completely backup your system and all of your important data before attempting any major system upgrade or update.

Mac OS XAccording to everymac.com, your 1.6 GHz Core 2 Duo MacBook Air cannot run anything later than Lion.
