how to fix error 9 on iphone4s

It's been three weeks now since my iphone 4s suddenly shuts down and stuck on apple's logo. tried to fix my problem but until now only error 3194 was solved. after that i was hoping my problem was solved but then error 9 came out when trying to restore my iphone 4s. i think i have the same problem with others.I try by another computer and cable and USB port but this problem has existed yet. I installed the latest version of iTunes and I've tryed to restore IOS 7.1.Please is there any other way to solve this issue/error on iphone 4s while trying to restore on itunes? Please help me 😟😟
