I don't know. As far as I know there isn't one. There's an error -45054 but that's 90108 offset from the one you're asking about. (There's been multimillion dollar errors for small omissions and I hope you're not a doctor, car mechanic, or airplane pilot if you're really asking about -45054. 😉)

iTunes error -45054 - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5469367?answerId=23478840022#23478840022 - permissions error, try repairing disk permissions using Disk Utility.

Using Disk Utility to verify or repair disks - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1782 - Ignore false warnings this may produce.

If repairing permissions using Disk Utility does not work, try: iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1277

Thanks very much indeed. Your advice was absolutely correct, it was a permissions error and all has been repaired and I'm able to use itunes once more. Great.

Also called the help desk - [accounts] who put through to technical support after a little wait. I was talked through using the utility disk etc.

So I'm very impressed with Apple Support - this community - and your help.

Have a good evening and thanks again!

hi friends, I tried repairing the dirk and it did nothing, I still cannot authorize my computer for iTunes which means I cannot match it with my iTunes purchases and all that fun stuff I was looking forward to. I do not want to try the terminal thing because I do not want to mess up, and because the computer is so new it has the latest version of iTunes.. I do not know what to do.. I just got it today too :/
