Purchased the $29 upgrade for QT pro, yet the software won't upgrade.
running 10.9.2, QT 7.6.6
within upgrade window complete exactly (cap senstive) as apple dicates and yet nothing.
have shut down iMac twice, to no avail.
even called apple store and had them verify that in fact I did purchase, AMEX charged, etc.
going a liitle insane after four hours.
any ideas?

Do you get an "invalid" message?
Open the Registration window and remove (backspace) the last letter or number from the registration and then enter it again.
Does the Pro icon appear on the regsitration dialog window?
launch QT 7.66 even using Mavericks. Go to Registration. Enter your registered name then the serial number you bought. Then select the TAB key. You should now see PRO on the blue QT icon. Quit QT and relaunch it to complete the process.
