Only Sprint can unlock your iPhone. They have a policy to unlock their iPhones for non-US carriers. For terms and conditions get in touch with them here.
Sprint will only authorize official unlocking for customers using an iPhone on their network. Since you are in the Ukraine, you are obviously not using the phone on Sprint's network. Thus, they will not authorize the unlocking of your phone.
Sell it to someone that can use it in the US on Sprint's network, as there is no way for you to get it officially unlocked.
Official unlock for sprint cost 300 dollars. But when I buy this iphone I don't now about sprint lock? Can I apply to the company asking Sprint unlock my phone?
