I just purchased an Iphone 5S. I tried to connect Bluettoth to my mini ipad cellular. It keeps saing on both that searching both nothing discoverable. Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't support sending photos between the 2 devices via bluetooth. You can do it via Wi-Fi using Photostream http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486

Another option (again using Wi-Fi) is a 3rd party app such as PhotoSync http://www.photosync-app.com

It is not discoverable because the iPad doesn't have any supported profile (see the link in my previous post for the supported profiles).
