Iphone locked

my friend bought me iphone but instead of buying it unlocked he bought it locked before he fly to egypt he activated it and he knew that he made mistake so he paid 120 $ to unlock it from a store near from the airport in 5/4/2014 and they told them that it will be unlocked it 3-4 days and my iphone still locked untill this moment and when i tried to restore now it says SIM Not valid .. i can't even use it in camera , recording anything .. any help

ps : i can't call at&t cause i'm horrble at speaking english

and i can't chat with them cause i don't have wireless number

any help ? :s

Your phone was hacked to unlock it. NO ONE other than the carrier it is locked to has the legal authority to authorize unlocking it.

You can't get help here for your hacked phone.

so all the sites that says that they can unlock my iphone for 30 - 70 $ are fake ? :s

They are either scams or outright illegal. ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it.

i don't care of the 120$
but the iphone now is useless

Contact AT&T and request an unlock. Note that a hacked phone may be unable to successfully process a legitimate unlock.

Beyond that, we can not help you.

Contact AT&T and tell them you need a SIM card without service on it to unlock your iphone, that's about the best I could do, considering hacking is not allowed! Sorry...
