HOW do i unlock my phone as ive changed networks?
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1, was on 02 now on EE
Contact the carrier it's locked to. They are the only ones who can authorize unlocking it.

Contact AT&T and tell them you need a SIM card just no unlock your iPhone, without service. They should be able to send one to you for about $0-$25!
