Screen flicker with Belkin Thunderbolt Express Dock

I use the thunderbolt express dock with my late 2013 macbook pro retina. I run the express dock with one thunderbolt cable and then run my BenQ display out of the thunderbolt express dock with a thunderbolt to dvi connector. The screen flickers every few minutes for half a second and it looks like when the TV is on with no channel signal.

Anyone experiencing this?

Have/had the same issue plus some "light snow" on the screen (ASUS PB298Q)... Reset PRAM and SVC but that didn't help... only realized it was the Belkin Dock when I tested the monitor setup directly with my MBA (mid'12). I tried swapping the thunderbolt connections and that fixed the problem (for now)... went from Belkin-right-thunderbolt to MBA / Belkin-left to monitor (via mini-display to HDMI) to Belkin-right to monitor / ...left to MBA.

I got the almost same issue on ASUS Monitor too, mines PA279q

when I plug into the ports, it start refreshing 2~3 seconds a time. Seems my screen doesn't get the signal.

P.S. I use Apple thunderbolt cable to connect my Macbook Pro Classic 2012 and mini DP to HDMI cable to connect between dock and screen.

same behaviour with an external IIyama Prolite E2607WS, an original apple thunderbolt cable.

DVI : i get some artefacts … firefox displays parts of previous webpage while using tabs

sometimes snow …

apple DVI / TB adapter

HDMI : the screen turns off sometimes during 1 second et all is ok untill the next time …

not apple HDMI / TB adapter
