How to I clear voicemail all the way I have delete the voicemail or I thought I did on my Iphone 4s and also made sure all voicemail was clear though carrier as well

Contact your carrier. Voice mail is a carrier feature.
NOT A CARRIER ISSUE I had already cleared them from there if you had read my post. It was the Iphone Feature that was not clearing completely. I got someone to help me. I clicked to delete the voice mail. I have gotten it resolve by clicking Edit under voice mail with in my IPHONE VOICEMAIL FEATURE and CLEAR ALL under the Deleted Items. This cleared them. I was not aware I had to Delete or Clear them twice to remove them from my Iphone.
