Q: i have problem in my imac core i5 when i install the mac os x

hello apple support

 

 

i have problem in my i mac when i install Mac OS X its give me error and the error is ( The installer could not copy the necessary support files.)

 

plz help me sir

    If you are not able to install OS X due to this error message, first try verifying or repairing your hard drive using Disk Utility. See the "Try Disk Utility" section of this article for helpful steps:
