under my calendars on my device .. I have the iCloud calendars then I have other .. in that section I have a subscribed calendar and birthday .. how do I delete that subscribed calendar

I can't seem to delete a subscribed calendar listed under "other" .. where birthday's are listed

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
