i would like to delete all of the contacts in icloud. I have 10.000 duplicates is there an easy way

You could go to icloud.com, open your contacts, click on a single contact, press Control-A to select them all, the tap your Delete key but with 10,000 it may cause it to hang. You may want to select them in smaller chunks to delet them. Also, just know that when you delete them from iCloud, they will also be deleted from all your devices so be sure you have a backup before doing this.
