Old computer died w/ all my downloaded iTunes music!!!

I have a full library of music (NOT purchased from iTunes) on my iPad. My "original" old computer that had my iTunes account on it (with all the music) died and I need to know how I can transfer my music from iPad - to iCloud - to iMatch - or to iTunes (on my new MacPro) - or to anywhere so that I don't lose it all!! ??

I purchased iMatch - but it immediately says that it will replace all my music files..... Does that mean I will lose it all? Thanks for any help in advance.
