Error 1439 - Ipod Classic 160gb

I bought an ipod classic a month ago, when i plugged it tp the computer i received a messaga that it was damaged, I tried to restore but i received the message of the error 1439. Any solutions? TheDFU restore didnt work.

I have Windows Vista Home Basic 32bits
