Need a phone number to speak to a real person from itunes support
I downloaded an audiobook and the download was interrupted. I redownloaded the material but one chapter is missing

The iTunes Store has no phone support for purchase issues. Go here:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
