Hi All,
For some reason the time on my iPhone is consistently 7 minutes behind the time displayed on my Macbook Air (Mavericks). Both devices are set to display the time automatically according to my time zone. After checking time.org, it looks like my phone has the correct time. There must be a logical reason why this is happening and some kind of solution, no?

Try temporarily changing your NTP time server, leave it changed for a day or so, then change it back
System Preferences -> Date & Time -> Time zone
Try: http://time.nist.gov
Or search for "public time server" and choose one.
You could also try manually correcting the time, and let the time server take over again
The time on my iPhone is already accurate - it's the time on my Macbook that's 7 minutes fast!
I have 2 iPhones (Personal & Work). That both show the same time. My Mac shows 3 minutes ahead. BTW, this is a new behavior. Just noticed it in the last couple of months.
On your iPhone ..
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then tap Settings > General > Date & Time
Switch: Set Automatically ON
No data is lost due to a reset.
