Macbook 2012 low after installing Mavericks

I got tired of trying all the tricks offered here, so I gave up.

I ordered and installed 16bg memory and a Samsung 1tb SSD. Clone my drive accross using an external casing.

Now the thing goes like the wind. Better than new and pre-Mavericks.
