I Have two diffrent emails with itunes accounts but I only use one of the accounts, so I'd like to delete one account and use that email as my secondary email for my main account. How can I achieve this?

There is no way to delete an Apple ID. You can edit the Apple ID on the account you don't want to use and change the Apple ID to some other valid email address in order to free up the one it is using. But that is about all you can do.
And remember, anything you purchased on iTunes or the App Store with that old ID will continue to be tied to that old ID no matter what. This is why Apple does not let you delete an Apple ID.

Oh, that works! I do actually have a third email I dont use. All I have to do is switch them and I can use that email for my main account. Thanks!
