iBookstore

iBookstore will not let me purchase or order samples, etc., of any books. Also I cannot download any previously purchased books. Usually when you are in the store it will have a green or blue purchase price link for example but it is grey and is not a link. Please help if you know what's wrong and how I can fix this.
