I changed my passcode and immediately forgot the new one. I can't get into my phone now so I connected it to itunes. I synced it, but I cannot restore it because I have find my iphone and I cannot turn that off without getting into my phone. Thanks.

You can erase your phone using iCloud, then restore from your icloud backup. The alternative is to force the phone into recovery mode, and restore that way.

Yes you can!
Go to http://www.icloud.com/find on your computer. Sign in, see your iPhone there, and select "Remove From Account."
