Anyone having issues opening various documents (ie. Word, PowerPoint and PDF) on iOS7.1?

In my business, our leaders have been able to open various documents up until recently such as Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc. now they documents open to a grey screen with the file name shown on screen. Seems to have started with the release of iOS7.1. Has anyone else heard or experienced this? We have PDF Pro on all the vices but they don't seem to work to open the PDF documents, for example.
