    Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can authorize it's unlocking.  Contact them.

    No where the Sales Memo says that iPhone is unlocked. Officially Unlocked iPhones always stay unlocked.

     

    Posted model no indicates that it is Unlocked iPhone from 3 Hong Kong.

     

    You need to get in touch with Apple Hong Kong or 3 Hong Kong or SUNION to fix next course of action.

     

    Out of Warranty services will be provided by Apple in Hong Kong only
