Itunes Connect - Request time out

I am trying distribute a new version of my app, but Xcode send me an error "Request time out"

I am trying this 3 hours ...

Any idea?

i got the same probleme

but with this message :

"the network connection was lost"

Same problem in Italy with itunes Connect and to upload the app in xcode..I'm trying from 11:00 am and now it doesn't work

Same problem in France "the network connection was lost". I'm trying since 2 pm. Hope it'll be fixed soon
