what happens after i reset doc and data?if my data will come back after?

please somebody help me!!!

I have been reset all setting on iphone

unfortunately i forgot to turn off the icloud on my phone

suddenly all my contacts data on icloud disappeared

then i found "reset document and data and click on it

is it works?

could anyone please advice whats going on and can i expect alll my contacts to come back??
