i downloaded the game now its disappeared.where is it?

What did you download it on ? If you downloaded it from the app store on your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Apps part of your Mac's iTunes library - if it isn't then you should be able to redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.

If you downloaded it on your iOS device and you can't find it on any of the device's homescreens, then does it show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it for redownloading, or have you got an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

Did you download the game from the iTunes app store (in which case it should be in the Apps part of your computer's iTunes library ; to use the game you will need to install it onto your iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch), or from the Mac App Store ?

If the Mac App Store, and it hasn't downloaded and installed into your Applications folder, then does it show in the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store for downloading/installing ?

Apps that you download from iTunes are for iOS devices i.e. an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch - you can only install them and play on one or more of those devices, you can't use them on a Mac computer, they are different operating systems. The game's description page in the store should list the game's requirements and which iOS devices that it's compatible with.

If you don't have an iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch then you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
