recently i changed my pc os to windows8.1. when i try to sync apps to my ipod touch it asks to authorize the computer for syncing apps as usual. when i authorize it it pop up a message you cannot authorize more than 5 . i tried even by resetting the computers in my account but it says "you need to wait untill sep 20 2014 .... ?? should i need to wait up to that ?? is there any way to sync apps with out using itunes ?? plzz help

If you can't deauthorize any individual computer in order to authorize this one then contact iTunes.

you can only authorize all computers once a year.
Contact iTunes. Maybe they will waive the 1-year requirement
ha ha pretty well that i know that we need to authorize all the computers(5) once a year iam asking any substute for this ??? or any other way for syncing apps except ifunbox
You can authorize/deauthorize a computer any time without limits. Apple only allows deauthorizing all computer once a year to help prevent stealing (authorizing a friend's computer to "steal" media).
If you can't deauthorize an individual computer so you can authorize this one then you have to use iFunBox or a similar program.
