Iphoto Book
I am running 9.2.3 iphoto and it is telling to to upgrade to 9.2.3 or later. Will the quality or anything be compromised if I don't upgrade? Thank you!

No idea - my guess is not - but
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
