My ipod doesn't work like normal when I have ios 7.1 can I downgrade to 7.0.6 or even to 6. Is there anyway it could work

No, Retore your iPhone from your backup and see if it returns to normal.

I tried that already and nothing but thanks for the input
Then next try Restoring as a new device, don't load anything back on and see if the problem is fixed.
