I've used wrong password (actually my little daughter) then my I phone stop working and the message state that I have to contact I tunes > what should I do now>

If you see a screen that looks like the one below, connect the phone to your computer and open iTunes. You will probably receive a pop-up message saying it was detected in recovery mode and must be restored. If so, follow the prompts to restore it.
