So were you able to log into the Khan account, with this MacBook2.1 or 3.1
version Core2Duo MacBook 13-inch (Late 2006 or Mid 2007 model) -- ever?
Some web page changes may prevent your accessing certain accounts or
page content, and it would not surprise me, as Tiger is fairly old and there
is no current Adode Flash player support, for browsers, among other things.
You may have to consider upgrading the OS X to Snow Leopard 10.6 if you
are going to use it for more modern online activities; that would require the
purchase of a retail DVD, followed by download of Combo 10.6.8 upgrade.
For Tiger 10.4.11, you could use TenFourFox or iCab as browsers, but new
plugins and add-ons really aren't there. The old Leopard 10.5 is harder to get
& can cost more than Snow Leopard 10.6 direct from Apple (under $20 US.)
The Khan web site support could tell you the minimum requirements if any
for users to access their accounts at their site, including Adobe Flash, java,
and other stuff that would be obsolete in OS X 10.4.11 Tiger now.
So the general best way forward with that computer would be an upgrade
to Snow Leopard 10.6 retail DVD, perhaps available at authorized Apple
reseller near you, or for sure at the online store in most countries....
•Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple Store (US) retail DVD:
http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
•Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1: (download to update 10.6 to 10.5.8)

•Apple - Support - OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - support & more info:

Your older MacBook 2.1 or 3.1 (early core2duo, shipped with Tiger) could
probably use a hardware upgrade with more chip RAM installed...
Maximum Memory | 3.0 GB (Actual) 2.0 GB (Apple) |
Memory Slots | 2 - 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM |
... info related to your identification of MacBook, w/ Tiger as base OSX
So I don't know why your old vintage or almost obsolete MacBook may
find issue with logging into the web site you state... other than the sites
or settings, specifications in browser, or wireless protocol to router or
wi-fi base station, may be at fault. Troubleshooting may suggest the
answer to be a need to upgrade. Or at least try a different browser than
whatever you have in the Tiger OS X 10.4.11 running now in the MB.
{For some reason I accidentally typed MacBook/Air when I first replied;
and think it was because this post originally appeared in that discussion
then it would have been moved into the MacBook area by a host, later.}
Anyway, there are a few reasons why you can't login; probably one or two
that are the cause of the problem, and therein is the resolution to this issue.
Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
