Apple products losing wifi connection
Not sure if I am doing this right, but here is my problem. All my apple devices are losing their wifi connection. The router is still working with a strong internet signal. My blu-ray player, which is not an apple product, still has it's wifi connection. I have a Macbook Pro OS X 10.6.8, an iPhone 5c, an iPod 5th gen, and an iPad. They all drop their connection at the same time. When I go to airport to select the proper network and enter the password, my MBP tells me that that the connectivty timed out. My iPhone and iPod tells me to dismiss it. So even with the proper password it won't let me on. I can even reboot my computer and other devices, and it still will not work. The only thing that does work is if I unplug my router (which is through Windstream) and plug it back in, but it usually only lasts a day, and I have to unlug it again to get it to work. I'm comfortable working on my computer, but I am not a tech person by any means, so if anyone has a suggestion please let me know. Thanks in advance.
