You should change your iCloud password right away as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624. This will prevent someone from taking over your iCloud account if they are able to get past the passcode and open your device. Also read this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5668.

You can access some of your icloud data on icloud.com. You can also save copies of your data as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4910.

If you set up iCloud on your computer and enable My Photo Stream, you may also be able to access photo stream photos from the last 30 days. This explains how to set up iCloud oun your computer: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/.

To recover your camera roll photos you will have to restore your backup to a replacement device.
