Back iPhone 5 replacement screen, by Apple

So I learned Apple replaces the back screen for a fee. Does this replaced screen also has engraved the phone's IMEI, as my current phone has, or it is a blank screen/screen with the Apple logo only? I have 3 scratches on the middle frame, all close to the speaker connector and bottom corners, and all I found for replacement is either a cheap blank back screen w/ no logo or some costly disassembled phone parts with a random IMEI, which won't match mine and it is still expensiver than if I return to Apple for repairs.
