How to install samsung scx-4200 printer/scanner on Mac OS x 10.9.2? Several attempts with various downloads from Apple and Samsung sites have failed. Any help is higkly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you need more help, you'll need to tell us if it's connected by USB or network, what error messages you get, if any, etc. - ie, at what step do you have trouble?

Thanks Greg! Printer is connected via USB cable. Printing now works. However, I've failed numerous times trying to install the scanner driver. Installation appears to be working, restart is requested and after restart no indication of/reference to scanner can be found. Any thoughts how I can get the scanner functionallity to run?
I tried Preview and Image Capture, and failed. Frustrating as that worked will in yesteryear with old Macs and old scanners.
Finally paid for license for VueScan by Hamrick Software. I'm not happy about having to pay for fancy scanning software when Samsung and Apple should be able to support plain TWAIN scanning --> that was the entire purpose for TWAIN's invention. Anyways, you can try-before-you-buy on VueScan. It worked well.

Have you tried scanning from Image Capture or Preview?
I have this same problem, exactly, has ABPAK problem been resolved? mine hasn't I went and checked image capture and preview and no devices are associated to them.
