so i was wondering what apple care covers because my dad droped my ipad and in my lock screen where i put my password and i flip my ipad horizontally or vertically the screen looks like it scratches because white dots show so would that cover it or is it for other damages thank.

The standard AppleCare plan does not cover user damage, only factory defects. The AppleCare+ plan, if sold in your country, covers up to two incidents of damage, and you pay only the "deductible", US $49. Note that you can only purchase AppleCare+ at the time you buy the iPad or with 30 calendar days thereafter.
