Saying "2013 PowerMac Pro" sounds like an impossible oxymoron. PowerMacs were discontinued many years ago, and cannot run Mavericks.

Apr 11, 2014 2:04 AM in response to sbermanby Ipso Facto,Sorry. You are right. I have a Mac Pro and NOT a Power MAC.
However, when I try to install Maverick the pgm tells me that it is unable to install on my RAID systeem.
Is it the solution that I have to dissolve my RAID configration and then install on a "single" disk image?
THKS for your advice.
