Q: Hi all my itunes menu buttons are grayed out / disabled

HI I have installed latest itunes today on my laptop windows xp home edition 32 bit

bbut after installing all the drop down menus under main buttons like file, view,help,store are grayed out disabled., I can't click on them.,

aand if I close or reopen itunes then sometime I can't reopen itunes at all so I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now

my blood pressure is too high now coz of this .,

ccan someone pls help me

also while the itunes are open I cannot scroll the page down
