Updating iPhoto

I updated my Mac OSX recently and my iPhoto doesn't works because of the old verison (9.3.2). My friend helped me to install the iPhoto when I buy the Mac. App store requires me to give her password insted of mine. I do not have her password. All Apple ID in the Mac is under my ID expect of iPhoto. Is there any way to update it without her password? If I can do so, will my photo library lost? Thanks a lot.

Three choices

1 - log in using the Apple ID that was used to set up your computer - withou tis information you wil have contnuing issues with future updates for all software that has been connected to her Apple ID

2- purchase the softwre under your own Apple ID

3 - contact the App Store support - Link is on the right of the main App store window - mabe they can assist - no one else can
