I have over a thousand books on my Mac. Classified by author/collection. Need to sync them to my iPad. Can't get collections to sync, can see all books. Most of them are free downloads.
Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
Sign in to iTunes and register your ipad device under the devices menu. I use one apple I'd and set up the home share feature so I can have have my stuff on my phone, ipad, etc. It will also allow you to choose which books and apps you want on each device.
I can see all my books including collections on my Mac. Collections disappear when I sync with the iPad. Running 10.9.2 and iOS 7.1 respectively.
I am having the same problem as amdavadma. I spent a lot of time sorting my books in 10+ collections, but when I sync them to my ipad, they all end up in "PDF-files".
Can someone tell me if it is possible to sync collections from Mac to iPad?
